Tori Municipality named Tori Horse Breeding Farm the Company of the Year 2025

At the celebration of the 8th anniversary of Tori Municipality, Tori Horse Breeding Farm was named Tori Municipality’s Company of the Year 2025. The title was awarded for the farm’s contribution to the local economy, the development of tourism and equestrian sports, and for increasing the visibility of the region.

In granting the title, the municipality highlighted the farm’s consistent work in revitalising the local business environment, attracting new visitors to the Tori area, and promoting Estonian horse culture both in Estonia and abroad.

Agris Juhkov, Head of Equine Management at Tori Horse Breeding Farm, emphasised the importance of cooperation: “The recognition as Company of the Year 2025 confirms that our work has a real impact on the development of the municipality. Our goal is to preserve and develop the heritage of the Tori horse and to offer people the opportunity to experience it first-hand. This title is a great honour and also a responsibility to continue developing the field and to remain a reliable partner for Tori Municipality.”

Tori Horse Breeding Farm is Estonia’s oldest continuously operating horse-breeding establishment, with a history dating back to the 19th century. Today, the farm is active in horse breeding, equestrian sports, education, and tourism, offering meaningful experiences for visitors and strengthening the region’s economic and cultural life.
