Next to the MUHK main building lies a large machinery field, where visitors can explore a selection of machines and equipment widely used in Soviet-era Estonian agriculture — many of them quite rare. Each machine represents an important stage of development or technological innovation. Banners placed around the field provide key facts and interesting details about the machines on display.

In addition to the extensive outdoor machinery area, visitors will also find fascinating equipment in the small inner courtyard, including potato planters, a trailer-mounted diesel engine, and many other intriguing machines.

The exhibition area also features a post mill from Saaremaa and a children’s playground, welcoming younger visitors during the museum’s opening hours.
