The shift from a traditional agricultural museum to a rural life science center began in spring 2025, when the permanent exhibition \u201cBarn Symphony\u201d opened in the barn building. By autumn 2026, the exhibition building located in \u00dclenurme Manor Park will also gain new content. On more than 600 square metres, visitors will be welcomed by a new permanent exhibition, \u201cYou Are Made of Soil!\u201d, which presents the processes of rural life and food production through history in an engaging and educational way.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"1002\">The exhibition focuses on one of the key paradoxes of our time: how to feed a growing global population on a planet that itself does not grow. It tells the story of soil as an often invisible bridge connecting people, nature, and food into a single system. This is a fundamentally timely topic that calls for broader public discussion and greater awareness.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1292\">The new permanent exhibition introduces contemporary agricultural and rural practices through experience-based stories and a wide range of hands-on exhibits, complemented by the historical perspective expected of a museum.
